Well, it is a little complicated. We've never had visitors before, even from the government. Most humans aren't even supposed to know that we exist.
But I think if I explain everything to them, and let them know how much you've all come to mean to me, they will. They can be a difficult person to understand sometimes, but they aren't uncaring.
If you trust them... Though even if they weren't okay with it, I get the feeling there are some people who would be too stubborn to take no for an answer and would try to visit you, anyway.
Not just him, no, but he's been the loudest about wanting to visit the citadel. I'd be very happy to have more visitors, though - I like it best when there's a lot going on.
