As far as I know, yes. We eat, we sleep, we get injured, all as humans do. The difference is that any damage to these bodies reflects on our blades, and vice versa.

It will, eventually. No one is infallible, no matter how large their number may be or what power they have. Even the strongest enemy can be defeated by a luck arrow.
