Juices, different kinds of liquor, that sort of thing. Sometimes even slices of lemon and putting sugar on the rim of the glass. If you use tequila, you might even find a scorpion to put in there.

Here is this. The thing where people pour all the ingredients before shaking it for a while. This is the key to making drinks, I think.
