It's... it's been difficult. I never actually experienced loss for myself, only from the memories I'd been given, so in a sense this has been my first genuine experience with death...

In the meantime, I've been trying to keep an eye on Lucas-dono, as well. He's gotten into some trouble before. But I did convince him to spar with me recently, so that's been very fun!
Um, I don't know whether all of you coordinated sending your letters or not, but if you didn't, then... you were the only one who actually told me what was coming, instead of only... telling me things would become harder, but not saying why. So I wanted to say thank you for that, as well.
...We tried to ensure the information would reach as many of you as possible, yes. It's likely that they were just trying to be careful, but I thought you deserved to know just as much as the others. It still affects you.
It does leave a heavy burden on your shoulders, though.
